Selection and quality of our pickled vegetables
Raw materials
Our pickled vegetables come from a careful selection of the finest raw materials and production processes that respect tradition, without ever compromising on quality. Every stage of the production process undergoes strict controls, and each product meets the high-quality standards that have distinguished us for over 70 years.
Thanks to the expertise of our agronomists and farmers, along with continuous updates to the technologies used, we ensure a constant supply of fresh, high-quality raw materials. Our network of suppliers, both nationally and internationally, allows us to meet the needs of every season and consumer, with products that retain their freshness, flavor, and organoleptic properties.
Products
Leccino Olives: Our Leccino olives stand out for their unique flavor, thanks to the direct cultivation by local farmers, continuously supported by our agronomists. The harvest is done manually to preserve the quality of the raw material. Afterwards, the olives are placed in ventilated containers, where natural fermentation and maturation take place. Every stage of the process is meticulously monitored to maintain the product’s unique characteristics.
Our focus on quality is our strength: we harvest each olive at the perfect time for an even more authentic and genuine flavor.
Primetta Tomato: Neri has always been synonymous with variety, especially when it comes to one of our flagship products: tomatoes. We produce them pickled, without brine, and peeled—our Primetta, a selection of 100% certified Tuscan tomatoes. They reach our tables after careful selection and traditional processing that respects each individual fruit. The Primetta tomatoes are processed using the cold peeling technique, which preserves their integrity while maintaining their full, natural flavor.
