To minimize the impact of our activities, we have invested in advanced technologies and adopted innovative solutions that allow us to constantly monitor every stage of our production process.

We have created advanced control systems that allow us to supervise every single step of the production process through dedicated software. Thanks to these technologies, we can ensure high-quality performance, also monitoring each machine to achieve excellent results that are always in line with our standards.

1. Wastewater treatment plant: To protect our territory, we implemented a wastewater treatment plant in 2017 equipped with ultrafiltration technologies. This solution allows us to reduce processing waste and minimize environmental impact, achieving results that far exceed legal standards.

2. Renewable energy and photovoltaics: The use of renewable energy is one of the pillars of our environmental strategy. We are proud to state that all the energy used in our processes comes from renewable sources. Additionally, our photovoltaic system helps cover 35% of our energy needs, preventing the emission of 176 tons of CO2 each year— a tangible commitment to protecting the planet.

Quality certifications

We are fully aware of the importance of food certifications to ensure the safety of the production process and the healthiness of our products. For this reason, we adopt environmental management and workplace safety models that comply with international standards, thereby contributing to a safe and sustainable production process.

IFS FOOD: The IFS Unannounced certification, introduced by the GDO to select suppliers based on food quality and safety requirements, is an international recognition of excellence. Our company has been IFS Unannounced certified since 2018, and since then, we have been subject to surprise audits, consistently achieving the “Higher Level” score with results exceeding 99%, beyond the company’s target.

CYCLE4GREEN: Cycle4Green is a certification dedicated to food companies that commit to reducing their environmental impact by using recycled paper. Our company has obtained this certification for the recycling of silicon-coated paper in our packaging and for reducing CO2 emissions.
